DC Store terms
These terms apply to optional Detective Coin purchases made on the Detective Lands website. Detective Lands' business details appear in the legal notice.
What you buy
Detective Coins (DC) are virtual game currency credited to your Detective Lands account. DC is not cash, a financial product, real property or an investment, and cannot be redeemed for money. Buying DC does not itself give you a Land, a Collector Card, or a location. Game items are acquired separately under the rules shown in the game.
Price and payment
Pack prices on this site are listed in USD. Stripe Checkout may show and charge your local currency. Review the final amount, including any applicable tax, before confirming payment; your card provider may also apply an exchange fee. Web DC purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and are sold through Link as merchant of record. Link handles payment, indirect tax where covered, receipts and transaction support. Detective Lands supplies the in-game DC and handles game support. Detective Lands does not receive your full card details. Availability may vary by country.
Delivery
After confirmed payment, the DC pack is credited automatically to the signed-in game account used for the order, normally within minutes. A return to our website alone does not confirm payment. If your DC is missing, contact support with your order number. You can check your balance in Player HQ.
Withdrawal and refunds
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw within 14 days after your order without giving a reason. You can send an unambiguous request to contact@detectivelands.com or use the online withdrawal form. Include the account email and order number, if available. We will acknowledge an online request with its content and submission time on a durable medium and coordinate any valid refund through Link to the original payment method within the legal period. You may also contact Link for payment and refund support.
Immediate delivery of DC does not by itself remove your statutory withdrawal right. Any legal exception requires its own applicable conditions. A refund may require adjustment of the DC credited by that order; if those DC have already been spent, support will review the case individually. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
Digital service guarantee
Your statutory rights concerning the conformity of digital content and digital services remain available. If a pack is not delivered or the service is defective, contact support. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Complaints and mediation
First contact contact@detectivelands.com about an order or complaint. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, you may use the consumer mediator SAS Médiation Solution, 222 chemin de la Bergerie, 01800 Saint-Jean-de-Niost, France, at sasmediationsolution-conso.fr. Mediation is free for consumers. You retain any right to seek a remedy through the courts.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
